These Terms govern the use of the private, internal software applications and integrations operated by Proximity Solutions, Corp ("the Software").
The Software is licensed exclusively for the internal business use of Proximity Solutions, Corp and its authorized personnel. It is not distributed to or licensed for use by the general public.
The Software connects to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, solely to access and manage data belonging to Proximity Solutions, Corp for accounting, financial review, and tax-preparation purposes.
Use of connected third-party services (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online) is also subject to those providers' own terms and policies. Proximity Solutions, Corp is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
