This Privacy Policy describes how Proximity Solutions, Corp ("we," "us") handles data in connection with our internal software integrations, including our connection to QuickBooks Online.
Our applications are private, internal tools operated by and for Proximity Solutions, Corp. They are not offered to the public, and they access only data belonging to Proximity Solutions, Corp.
When connected to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API, our tools access the company's own accounting records — such as accounts, transactions, invoices, and financial reports — for the sole purpose of bookkeeping, financial review, and tax preparation for Proximity Solutions, Corp.
Data accessed through these integrations is used only for the company's internal accounting and tax purposes. Authentication credentials and access tokens are stored locally on company-controlled devices and are not shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share company data with anyone outside the company except as required by law or by our accountants and tax preparers acting on the company's behalf.
Locally cached data and credentials are retained only as long as needed for the company's accounting and tax workflows and may be deleted at any time.
